Yes — most of our engagements are embedded. We join your rituals, your repository and your on-call rotation, and we document decisions so your team can take over cleanly.

Both. Discovery is always fixed-price. Delivery is usually a capped time-and-materials arrangement, because fixed-price delivery either pads the estimate or starves the scope.

Discovery starts at IDR 45 million. Delivery engagements typically run from IDR 250 million for a focused platform to several billion for multi-year programmes. You get a written estimate before any commitment.

A hypercare window of 30 days is included, followed by an optional support agreement with defined response targets and a monthly reliability review.
