Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PT Moodkuit Solutions Technologies ("Moodkuit", "we") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you use moodkuit.com or engage us for professional services. It is written to satisfy Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies to you, the GDPR.

Data we collect

We collect only what a request requires. From the contact and job application forms: your name, email address, telephone number, employer, the message you write and any link you supply. From the newsletter form: your email address and chosen language. From every visit: IP address, user agent, referring URL and pages viewed, retained in server logs.

Why we process it

To answer enquiries and prepare proposals; to assess job applications; to send the newsletter you asked for; to keep the service secure and diagnose faults; and to meet accounting and contractual obligations. Marketing email is sent only on consent, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for 24 months after the last contact. Job applications are retained for 12 months after a decision unless you ask us to keep them on file. Newsletter records are held until you unsubscribe. Server logs are rotated after 90 days. Records we are required to keep for tax or contract purposes are retained for the statutory period.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors who operate the service on our behalf — cloud hosting, transactional email and error monitoring — each bound by a written data processing agreement, and with authorities where the law compels disclosure.

Where it is stored

Primary storage is in Jakarta, Indonesia. Some processors operate in Singapore and the European Union; those transfers rely on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, a portable copy, or you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing already carried out. Write to privacy@moodkuit.com; we respond within 14 working days.

Cookies

The site sets a session cookie for security and, if you allow it, an analytics cookie. Nothing on the site depends on third-party advertising cookies. You can refuse analytics without losing any functionality.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. Administrative access is role-scoped, individually attributed and written to an append-only audit log. We notify affected people and the regulator within 72 hours of confirming a breach that presents a risk.

Changes

Material changes are announced on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. This version is effective 1 January 2026.
