Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of moodkuit.com and any material published on it. Professional services are governed separately by the signed engagement agreement, which prevails over this page wherever the two differ.

Who we are

PT Moodkuit Solutions Technologies, a limited liability company incorporated in Indonesia, registered at Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 52-53, SCBD Lot 8, Jakarta Selatan 12190.

Use of the site

You may read, quote and link to this site freely. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload malicious code, or misrepresent your identity in any form on it.

Intellectual property

Text, artwork, code samples and downloadable material on this site belong to Moodkuit or its licensors. Code samples published on the blog may be used in your own projects without attribution. Everything else requires written permission before republication.

Client work

Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client on final payment, as set out in the engagement agreement. Portfolio and case study entries are published only with the client's written consent, and confidential figures are withheld or expressed as percentages.

Enquiries and estimates

Nothing on this site is an offer. Timelines, prices and figures shown in case studies describe past engagements and are not a guarantee of future outcomes. A binding commitment exists only in a countersigned engagement agreement.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available continuously but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside Jakarta business hours where practical.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Moodkuit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Jakarta, after a good-faith attempt at resolution.
